Play petanque in the shade with a pastis to prevent thirst. Villages including Buoux have public petanque tracks. In July the Buoux petanque tournament is open to everyone with barbecue and prizes. Check with Buoux mairie for dates every year. In 2009 it is on Sunday 19th of July.
